Tomy (the parent company of Tomix) are also releasing a series of bus, car & truck vehicle sets. Unfortunately, once these sets are sold out, they are not re-run , and cannot be ordered again.
This started in March 2004 with 'The Bus Collection' #1, and seems to still be an ongoing series. Each of the bus series so far has 2 different types of bus in it, with 6 colour variations (except as noted below), for a total of 12 different items. These are highly detailed, and come with variations of door/window/etc placement to suit the actual prototype and owner. Usually the 12 are packaged in one carton, so if you buy a carton, you will get the full variety. The items are actually designed to be sold separately, and the contents cannot be seen until you open the box, so it is random which item you get (like trading cards !!!). There is also a 'secret' item, that is very hard to get.

Starting in November 2004 was 'The Car Collection'. These each had 4 different car models, with a number of variations of colour, as well as taxi, police & fire department models. In this case each of the 12 boxes in a carton contained 3 cars, with a random selection of colours from a set of 5. There is also a 'secret' set, that is very hard to get.
